There you go again; running off on tangent.........who from foreign countries, attends US universities is not the issue.
You're the one who brought up Germany as a justification for the deadbeat defaulting on his school loans and blaming his lack of character on not having rich parents.

And that's because defaulting is not an issue in Germany because the gov't pays for higher education.
