John, Nothing I can think of would keep them from selling both versions. MSFT would be whining about all the work they have to do to uncouple both versions of Windows that they have to sell, & their ship dates will slip (Watch out! the DJIA might crash!). Their quarterly profits will definitely suffer, as well. The attitude of the court toward MSFT's dilemma should be, "That's tough, you should have thought about this before signing the consent decree." cheers, cherylw
