VRX has been on my radar since early 2014. I remember chanos and grant coming out against it businessincanada.com You are right - this is a classic case of a company finally figuring out how to do it 'better' than anyone else via serially acquiring not putting the money into R&D and debt slowly creeping up on them because quite frankly they can't cover their operations with current cash flow all the while smack dab in middle of a healthcare bull market. And don't forget that bill ackman is behind it and coined this awesome new term 'platform companies' And said it would be the next Berkshire Hathaway .. marketfolly.com Quite frankly I just can't tell when this gravy train is going to end but will listen to what you come up with.
