OK, so the minorities in our failing cities are failing themselves and the money spent on their public schools is wasted. How about diverting the money to vouchers and let the parent or parents send their kids to the school of their choice? You should favor that, right?

why do you want to ruin white schools, the idiot lib teachers there will just have to teach down so when the black kids get bad grades the teachers won't be charged with racist, so all the kids become as dumb as Ghetto kids
