I think my favorite is using the Folger's coffee can as a holder for the TP. We camp in the wilderness a lot, and I'm making one.

I'm going to have my grand kids try the crescent roll trick next time they come up. Prolly end up rolling them in melted butter and cinnamon sugar what they're done. Using Tic Tac boxes for spices is right up there too.

Given the same treatment, cotton balls work good too.

So do small (one inch) balls of C4. We made and used them in the jungle to heat canteen cups of water for instant coffee.
