jtechkid: Although I agree this could happen, the bottom line is I'll believe it when I see it. Morgenstern's hand may finally be forced, but he has shown absolutely zero interest in enhancing shareholder value (I participated in a conference call with him once). I've heard time after time how DSSI was undervalued and how the pieces were worth so much more than DSSI share price, but nothing ever came of it.

The one time it did run up to $10, Morgenstern sold a ton of his shares to take care of estate planning, so he isn't personally hurting for the cash and simply doesn't seem to care if the stock languishes.

I hope this time is different.

Mark.
