Any chance that the ASRock eXtreme Tuner is on that disk? I've got an older ASRock MB and the fan controller is part of that program. At least it was when I bought the aforementioned MB.

Speedfan is another utility, but your fans will need a 3 or 4 pin connectors to adjust the fan speed in most scenarios and there will be a limited number of places to connect fans on your motherboard.
