My Dear Short Friends,
I feel very lucky, I covered my 500 share short on the last drop
for YHOO . Got out at 43 1/2, took a $6,000 loss.

I was there on the last run when it 58. To any short who did not cover
in the drop to 38. You are going to learn that a stock like YHOO can
go up despite revenues or earnings.

Internet stocks (AOL,AMZN, YHOO) can trade at unrealistic valuations
for many, many years.

Your friend, Michael

Agree, YHOO shorter could be eaten alive before crash!!! Like ZITL run to $70 before crashed to 10. I have one Medical Doctor friend lost all his networth $0.5M by shorting ZITL. He got squeezed out at $55. Started shorting at 20, then 35, 40, 45. Was he right by shorting at those prices? of course, it is 10 now. But you can have a loss to 3 times of investment, and the margin call. They wash you out, eat you alive!!!

Covered my short at 52 earlier.

Good luck to everyone, better cover your shorts.
