Berney, Right, can't buy back for 31 days. Do you know if you can buy options on the same stock? I have a lot of short term gains for the year, but in the last two months, both INTC and NOK.A have given me huge losses which I would like to use to offset some of those gains. On the other hand, I have some confidences in the long term for both. Pleae note, I am not asking you for official and binding advice, just if you happen to know the answer... P.S. My market timing isn't too good, either. Regards, MS
