If banks have problems again we need to follow the law.

The FDIC take ownership of insolvent banks and covers any losses for insured depositors.

Shareholders and bond holders get completely wiped-out.

That's the error George W. Bush and Hank Paulson made - they gave bank investors a do-over because they were going to lose their investment, because he called them "his base".

Russia was the only other country in the world which bailed out their bank investors, because Russia too is a corrupt system run to protect the wealthiest Russians at the expense of everyone else.
