Remember that what the cop saw was an individual with a gun pointing it at others. The individual pulled the gun as the cop got out of his car. He did the correct thing.
You have no idea what you're talking about...........the kid was pointing the gun at no one when the cop arrived in his car at high speed..... I don't even think you saw the video yet you're passing judgement.......
