I don't think Buffett has found PG compelling at any price in recent memory, let alone the current one. If anything he's been reducing his stake for years:

The Duracell move was brilliant - he effectively sold his overvalued PG shares for 1.8B cash and the business to boot - and paid no capital gains.

Imo, that anybody would believe PG at $78 is attractive for a buy based on the $156 number given by that metric strains credibility of the metric.
