This Randy character - of Motley Fool - whom I have several just purely idiotical e-mails from now groups us w/ COMS, ASND, and CS. BAY has not said anything negative to the tune of what those three companies have done recently. I disagree Paul - I don't see any point from this Randy character. I would rather prefer to call him irrational - writing on topics which he is only partially informed - as evident from his last article.

I want to post some of his statements to me from the last article - and will do so after earnings. This guy needs to be brought down a couple of levels.

RE: Motley fool article 'Networkers Hit Hard Time'

When this guy just re-iterates facts, then his article is very readable and I enjoy it. However, he has a tendency to be too subjective and jump to too many short-sighted conclusions.

"Where small networking companies were once viewed as an engine of innovation and growth, many of these companies now have been left behind for dead as the Cisco-led "end-to-end" systems solutions have come to dominate the industry."

TOO SOON to make any conclusion that the small networking companies are dead. Any announcing bankrupties yet?

He's lumping Bay with the trouble networkers. In his mind, only Cisco doesn't have any problem.

Bay's revenues are increasing and they are going to have RECORD revenues again. Earnings will meet or beat expectations and is also growing sequentially quarter-to-quarter. This information is public. I just do not see how this could be coined 'troubling'? There's no concrete evidence pointing to Bay having troubles, but only fear of Bay having trouble. Or if Bay is truly having troubles that we don't know about, then the street is truly efficient, having known all along where little guys like us don't know anything.

Enough said. Have a nice weekend people.
