Joe,,,I'm sure that Motorola could buy out SATX several times over,,,but if Motorola changed that technical device in structure or any other details they could say that it was their latest developement and that it had nothing to do with the technology they passed on to SATX. Then they could do their own thing with their latest gadget because it didn't exactly conform to the same device that SATX had. Just my theory.....but a possibility....Perhaps a call to Motorola might help us out on this...I'll see what I can do on Monday or perhaps you could check with any sources you might have...Have a Happay Holiday....We will follow up on this and try to get some answers so we know where we stand. It just don't seem right we invest in a patent and product with our money only to find out someone else is going to do the same thing only with a couple modifications in order to avoid patent laws.....Catch the drift.....

Looks like someone is buying SATX, volume 49,000. And that at a cost of only $1960. Makes me shudder when I paid more than that and hold only 1500 shares.

This whole Motorola deal really stinks. I thought they put in an advance order of $50 million. What ever happened to all the advanced orders?
