Frank, how true. MSFT and INTC make me sick! However it all comes down to cost and how it relates to the bottom line. If S3 and INTC had the same chip and S3's would cost $30 and INTC's chip cost $20 or $25 and you needed a million of them, who (if you were an OEM) would you buy from??? As much as I would hate to, I would have to go with INTC and save 5 or 10 million so you could still pound out those PC's under $1000 or whatever. They (the INTC's and the MSFT's of the world) have all of us by our balls! Not to mention higher earnings for the OEM's to keep the share holders happy as well.
