OK Bill, but everyone knew that ArcCell was going to be enjoined, the judge was directed to do so by the appeals court. There was a chance that Aquarius could be enjoined today, and that would have been bad news for Avant!. Since it wasn't, I maintain that the good news was no bad news. We all have our perspectives. I also maintain that it was a good opportunity to sell some Avant! shares today.
