J_F - What in the world is wrong with you? This has all been covered extensively. The cop shot the individual because he believe the individual was pulling a handgun from his waistband. He was pulling the gun from his waistband the second the cops pulled up. How can you fault the cop for doing exactly what he should have done. He had every reason to believe it was a real gun. I would have believed it was a real gun. Thousands of cops would have shot him in the same circumstances. That was the only rational thing to do in that situation.
Go back and re read my previous posts on the subject. If you do not agree you are past help. I actually think you do agree but cannot bring yourself to admit it.
So don't admit it. But bottom line is you should just let it go. You certainly are not flattering yourself in anyone's eyes by continuing your silly arguments.
