Frank:

I appreciate your comments.

IMO, until the majority of the board is composed of outside directors, Wall Street will not trust this company's statements again. Its the old adage "you've got to admit that there is a problem before you can fix it" I hope you make money with these guys but I will not trust my investments again to people who have so little regard for their shareholders.

Remember a few of your posts during the summer when you tried to get a statement from the company. Same guys are still there, Frank.

Happy Holidays,
Ken

That call was unethical and you should notify s3 and then call the bar association and turn them in.It shows they are desperate and the lawsuits are meritless

Frank,

They must have gotten it all from SI.

Well they were ambulance chasers already, now they have taken it a step
further and have started to coerce the victims.

They just dropped another notch on my ladder (now sub-zero).

Jan

That attorney is an ambulence chaser. Scum of the earth. With fall in all tech stocks, they will have many to sue. If management were to give conservative guidance, and I sold my stock on that basis, and then final numbers beat guidance, and then stock price rose, could I sue because I lost out on money because I sold on conservative guidance
