Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Lambton Shores Fire Department and Union Gas is presently at the scene of a natural gas leak, at Lakeshore Road, just east of Indian Hills Trail West, Municipality of Lambton Shores.

On Wednesday June 17th, 2015, at approximately 7:52 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was requested to attend an area on Lakeshore Road regarding a gaseous odour. Upon arrival, natural gas was observed bubbling up out of a small pond and determined to be a natural gas pocket.
