Cocaine, meth & LSD - another dopehead loser. Dropped out of HS in 10th grade. Presumably he'd been bailed out and was awaiting trial for the 2/28/15 drug arrest. What kind of idiot of a father would buy a son with a serious drug problem a firearm? What is a doper going to do with a firearm? Felons generally forfeit their legal gun ownership right. Now he hadn't probably been convicted yet on the Feb 28 charge but no way would this arrest for possession of cocaine, meth, and LSD would have been a first offense. I'll bet there was a record, perhaps, juvenile, leading up to this. So he likely was already banned from gun ownership (for all the good gun bans do). He'd probably been locked up before and being a 120 lb shrimp he was likely treated roughly by the other jail or juvie inmates, many of whom would be black. He knew what he in for if he got sent away again. This is all speculation, but he may have been going for cred, and the protection it would give him, from the Aryan type prison gangs.
