In Windows 10, the route to get to this setting is a little different. Follow this path to get there. . . One can create a shortcut to open ALL Control Panel options at once in Windows Explorer. Simply Right-Click on the Desktop, select New, then Shortcut. Enter this string in the Location box. %WinDir%\explorer.exe shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} Make your shortcut "nice" by changing the default name "Explorer" to something more appropriate, like "ControlAll" -- and change the icon too. If using this shortcut, click on Turn off automatic Windows arrangements (It's under the Ease of Access heading) to disable the Edge Resizing behaviour. Note: This "ControlAll" shortcut will work in earlier Windows versions too. P.P.S. For people who prefer to use the Registry to do this type of alteration. . . Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 ; Both options are disabled.
