I say any management team that can secure indicative pricing on their projects actual graphite will be shown to be worth every penny they earn.

I would suggest it takes a significant bulk sample to gain any confidence in any indicative pricing specific to a graphite.

Zenyatta has not undertaken a significant bulk sample and they certainly didn't provide indicative pricing specific to Albany graphite in the PEA summary.

The challenge is for any company that might have an end user testing a large volume of their ore to receive indicative pricing from such an exercise.

Are there any companies in that position?

I see the effort made in soliciting signatures on 35 NDA's not as a positive... but as an effort being made in applying a tactic to use the signatures to silence others in the market. Signing that many documents is probably not about needing a customer and making a serious effort in looking, but signing 35 likely means there aren't any left out there in the market who are free to share an opinion that they'd otherwise be likely to find useful to share... about a project they signed NDA's on.

If you're NOT just trying to silence the market... and were instead intent on looking for the right partner... you'd probably do your homework, first, make a couple discreet inquiries... and reduce it to a short list of two or three potentials... prioritize them... and then sign ONE document... with the one you wanted to work with.

If you did that right... you'd likely not ever have a need to say anything to the others... ? The best way to ensure non-disclosure of things you might tell them under an NDA... is to not tell them.

Signing 35 NDA's looks to me like a method of deliberately shutting people up... more than a method of seriously engaging them in conducting any business.
