As you can see I've been surfing around today, Came across a site,giving rumors. The rumor was that AT&T was interested in UMG. Can't relocate site as I had found thru SI site (Hot Links). Here is a link to UMG News newsalert.com

Alpha's [attorney's] should be seeking permanent injunctions against Lernout (LHSPF) from shipping any of their pending speech products including but no limited to Alpha-Kurzweil contracted VoiceXpress. This should be a given. Futhermore, should said product(s) ship considerable [additional] unspecified damages commence, as proxiamte cause pursuant to said shipment(s).
