LRS,

IMO AMZN is a better short than YHOO since it continues to loose lots of money. It is only a matter of time before they need to load up the money coffers again with a secondary offering, especially if they want to expand into other areas like music.

I'm not THAT worried about the YHOO short, but it is a wild stock. Really I'm lucky I'm not in deeper, the only thing that kept me from going short at $30 pre-split was that I couldn't borrow shares! I wonder if any of those shorts are still around?

I just hope I don't buy back too soon {for you bulls, IF it goes down :)}. I seem to do that a lot. Still, I'm 4-2 on my 1997 short portfolio, not really bad in a bull market!

I got to agree with Wexler though, there are easier shorts to find.
