Yes despite adjustments, 2015 year will be hotter than last year. El Nino is being fully expressed in Pacific SST and atmospheric teleconnections. The elephant in the room is that this El Nino is weaker compared to 1998 El Nino. The 1998 El Nino spike has been adjusted downward by NOAA (in anonymity, of course). Satellite data show something completely different.
