Yes, but 2014 & 2015 are way cooler than 1998. They shouldn't be anywhere near "hottest" ever. 2006 & 2010 will be warmer than 2015.

Warmest, BS... Discusses Hurricane strike potential and where it's favorable for development.

6-10 days out, it will be hot and dry in NW. Cooler and wet on the East Coast.
