That does not comply with the court order. The order says that MSFT must remove all files that are shipped with Explorer 3.0. MSFT says if they do that the OS will not work. The court needs to modify the rulling to do what you suggest. This brings into question the wisdom of permitting the federal government to micro-manage web browsing software.
