Yep, it's frustrating and infuriating. Most of my conversations over the years with docs have been met with refusal to even discuss chronic fatigue. Mostly, I think, is because there is simply no definitive test or clear treatment. But diet seems to be the best course of action...along with almost anything else that ails you.

Thank you for the book recommendations as well.
