If you think they really are screwing people, shouldn't you go to the local FBI office and report them? It DOES appear Dillon is raising money just to finance his lifestyle. If not, an FBI inquiry would not hurt. I have no idea how Dillon has been able to raise money but if he has been using a broker dealer, they should be reported as well, because they should have done their due diligence. Have you or your friend taken any action? I hope these are just delays and that this is not a scam.

Not sure who you are but what you are saying is patently untrue. Mr Dillon has been telling the truth as he was told and documented. He has kept the company intact with very little assistance and has reached a point where all Shareholders and creditors will be paid. Whether you know it or not he is raising funds to complete the signing of the agreements and then begin to build out the projects. He is not what you say he is, a very devout Christian and lives that way. He has not cheated anyone or misused money that has been raised. I have known him for a very long time and if you needed a dollar and he had it you would get it. He is committed to making Gridline work. He continues to update the share holders with current information as it is available. If your "Friend" feels that way she should call the company and talk to him. What you have said is not true.
