i understand that the AGM will take place at the end of Feb.
The shareholders must get at least 21 days notice. What if anything is happening by the dissident shhds? Willthere be a dissident shhds notice and a different slate of directors to vote for? Also might I suggest that there be a vote for or against the poison pill and the repricing of the options the current board recently passed
