Yes, NC, thanks for digging up that nugget and posting here.
I was aware of the NSR terms for both royalties but I did not know about the $250,000 payment due to AE upon commencement of the PEA.
I would suspect that AE is anxious to release the full PEA report so that he can announce that Zenyatta is moving forward with a PFS.

I wonder if he will be paid in shares (like Chahar).
Somehow I think AE will take the cash.
