Her god, however, did nothing to stop the carnage.

You know if God banned evil from the world, who would be left in it? God promised not to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah for the sake of 10 righteous people there. Don't be a scoffer at people better than yourself. Especially when it might be the presence of folks like those at Emanuel church that are staying God's hand of judgment on our country.
