Hello Glen: Not sure what is going on unless investor sentiment is growing as NOR gets closer to divesting/consolidating its operations. Given the somewhat negative sentiment towards commodities at this time, combined with misfortunes in Asia, positive movement in stocks such as NOR should be seen as a real plus! For what it's worth, I don't see too much downside in NOR at this time, maybe a couple of bucks at the most, but at some time, the business cycle has to view NOR's activities more highly than it does now. I believe an earlier high of $33 +/- can be attained again in '98. In the meantime, you should already have had the December dividend, so invest in a single malt or your favorite poison and reflect on the quarterly income while anticipating future capital gains.
