the Sprout article was well written I thought, the Viagra article is interesting, obviously the causation is in question, other research established a bio chemical pathway for PDE5 inhibition to lead to cell proliferation in the skin, but taking it once suggests something else, men who eliminate PDE5's quickly get less side effect, which makes me wonder if the guys with side effects are more likely to get a skin cancer issue since PDE5's stay in their system much longer, or it could be all BS, more study needed for sure
