I was trying to clear the CMOS via a jumper. I don't recall how I screwed it up, but when I was done, the board had a boot loop that never goes to BIOS. It just kept power cycling when you turn it on...

I updated the bios recently on a motherboard to see a new CPU. It was my first time. All went well, but it is a risky procedure.
