Considering they don't answer the phone and that the customer service rep that I spoke with at 8 pm didn't understand the definition of excersize, I think I am out of luck.. No options principals on staff. I was basically told that my options were not 3/4's in the money thus they were not "excersized", consequently they were worthless. As you can see the rep had no idea what "excersized" ment. I can't wait to read the fine print on Monday.

The firm I worked for previously automatically excersized if in the money and not above 3/4's of a point and then sold you out at the open on Monday if you did not call them or have funds on deposit. I can't believe that it would be legal to keep the 3/4 point spread on all unexcersized options. More than willing to start this class action lawsuit should I find the outcome unfavorable on Monday........
I will keep you posted..
