Yes, as I mentioned, he said it could go a bit lower, but that then it would be at a point beyond which the Fed would have some major concern. But you are right, he did say that that level would be the area whereby the issue would become more problematic, and I think he also stated that around 250 is the level he projected it would go to. however, I must say that my respect for his opinions do not necessarily include amoung them his penchant for predicting exact bottom prices. My point was that if he is thinking that we are within 20 dollars of when the fed may be concerned , then the risk reward seems rather favorable for this asset. My premise is that the fed has a major vested interest in preventing global deflation, and they have the tools to prevent it , for a while at least.
