Al,
It is my understanding that the employer mandate is in effect for firms with 100+ employees...next year firms with 50+ will have to comply...so far we see no effect from the law mirroring any of the doom day scenarios you guys have been spreading about.
It's an ever-increasing burden on successful small businesses that seek to expand.

Though I agree with you that the doomsday scenarios are way overblown.

Most firms with 100+ employees already provided coverage. It is the smaller ones that can't tolerate the cost.
