Hey Acton, there are far wiser posters on this board than me but I'll take a stab since you opened the dialogue and the markets are closed.

First, that 46 cents was over-enthusiastic to say the least. Not justified at all IMHO. So that benchmark is not a good one for comparison. You might as well use the 5 cent December low too, in which case a 14 cent close today is not too shabby (I actually added a few down around 6 cents, LOL).

Second, when you go the CSE page for Brisio Innovations what do you see for mission statement? Here it is:

Brisio Innovations is focused on the acquisition, development and marketing of software applications for mobile computing devices, including smart phones, tablets, and wearable computers.

Is that really what BZI is about now? No! But there it is. No update. Similarly, the latest NR on this page is from April 17! Nothing about ITM. Nothing about LTE. Nothing about the DSG acquisition. Nothing about the new business model.

I'm not saying folks go the CSE page for all their info about BZI. But none of what I cited above is helpful to investors/traders potentially interested in the stock. I remain puzzled by the lack of progress in changing these "facts" about BZI on the CSE page and in other venues.

I hasten to add I understand the need for patience so I don't need a lecture about that. And far from selling any shares I have continued to add to my position in BZI as recently as last week (and I'm glad I did).

That's my response. Hope we hear from some of the others with constructive comments, not just a lecture about patience.

Cheers!

Personally I like to compare BZI to QCA which are similar business models. QCA has 23.7M (~24.7M fully diluted?) shares and BZI has 24.4M (~35M full diluted?). [QCA pays a quarterly 0.1 cent quarterly dividend]

There are a lot of similarities between these two companies... yet. QCA has more than double the amount of equity in its investment portfolio than BZI does but is valued at a lower market cap. So in my opinion the market is valuing BZI at a premium due to Paul being at the realms. I own a lot of BZI and am happy with it's current valuation. I own 0 shares of QCA at the moment but am seriously thinking about adding that one to my portfolio too.
