Yes it is. Why don't you answer Brumar's question?

Personally I was thinking about downloading some of those Civil War games on my iPad because I'm really into strategy games, especially those with a historical context. (Unfortunately I don't have the time these days to play more than what I'm already playing.)

For Apple to swing the "ban-hammer" on ALL games with a Confederate flag seems a bit extreme, don't you think? Hopefully this is just a temporary measure, and Apple will lift the ban, at least for games that present the Confederate flag in the proper historical context.
