if you don't mind a 20 minute delay, ^vix on quote.yahoo.com. cboe or naz websites might have it too, but i've never looked for it there.

AFAIK, ALL stocks, indices and options can be found inter and intra day at fastquote! I chart in as little as 1 minute increments. This is what showed me the huge H&S intra/inter day on Thursday and warned me of the possibility of the huge sell-off yesterday.
