I have a hard time reading the numbers with the combined companies revenues. The extra shares will sure help if they do not meet earnings. As bad as my portfolio is doing, I'll take anything! I did make a little off the WON. Went from 970 to 1275 while i was there. Sergio is on you Ken, better give him something, the man works hard and is constant. Later

Mike

Sergio,

Does this mean that I HAVE to reply? LOL...I'll admit that I am not pleased with this surprise release of proforma earnings. Kind of feels like "hey guys, we're going in the dumpster here, let's give them something quick to keep them interested". Particularly since we all ready know the Equuis is "going to be sellers". If they become sellers at a loss........I'm even now and looking for SOME profit.

As far as the posted numbers are concerned, they are encouraging. Am very pleased with the increase in reported backlog. This gives us something to look forward to regarding future earnings. Seem that Marion is the active div. at this point.

All and all it seems we are on track. Will hold for next Q but what else is new. Mike, You traded WON while in K. Did you bring an extra plane to haul it all home? Maybe your portfolio could give mine a transfusion!!
