Why the SEC has never stepped in has always puzzled me. I sent them many emails over the past year about this company, the way it was being hyped in here, impossibility of reaching anyone but IR at the company, and how press releases were blatant lies, often being worded in such a way to prove that a previous release or SEC filing was a lie. They've never responded, though. I remember the "shorter" days, too. On the occasions I go looking through old messages here to find number of shares or something, I still get completely enraged every time I see one of Craig's messages to me. I wonder if it's possible for the webmistress to change the name of this thread to something like "HCCA is the biggest rat-hole".

david, I was one of the major "shorters" as everyone called me. Its a shame that people didnt open their eyes instead of being blind cheerleaders in what to me and a few others was a very obvioius scam. I hope everyone got out with a few $$ but boy this was a hard lesson learned for everyone. For some, Pete and Craig, and this is no slam on them, just reality, but I think they ruined whatever stock picking reputation they will ever have. Brett
