I'm only 15 minutes in and need to leave the rest till later--but he is very interesting, isn't he? It is the opposite of what business normally teaches us. We are taught to do sample studies or in other ways to poll our target groups to find what they want. But he turns that on its head and says "be authentic...say and do what you believe and let the customers find you as they seek authenticity, honesty, and consistency, and TRUST!" Well, those weren't his exact words, but it gets at the gist of his thought. Good post! And I completely agree with you on the innocent people who are accidentally or deliberately framed and victimised. It is the reason I cannot bring myself to support a death penalty despite the contempt in which I hold many criminals. Although the guilt of some perpetrators seems obvious...it is nevertheless impossible to draw the line between certainty and doubt. So then at some point we start using our discretion to say who gets executed and innocent people get murdered.
