Thats right. Omnis is rated a "o" by the market and it would not take much money from anyone to scoup it up. IBM for example with 10 million (money they would never miss)could just take it. Do you know what a move like that would mean to someone buying the stock at .50. As John Templeton would say "buy while the blood is in the street". Who knows, maybe that was Negris's mission-Get the stock down in price so IBM could just grab it. (I don't believe this company has any poison pills in place.) This being the case, let capitalism feed. If the technology this company has is any good and is timely, let the sunshine in! Sell everything to the highest bidder. Wouldn't this be fairer than having new shareholders wipe out present shareholders. This company does not belong to Negris, it belongs to present shareholders (or folks that buy the stock today) - it should be their vote.

30 Dec 97 are we still afloat? Hopefully Omns will return next year for a command performance.
