John--I agree that in the end the industry will survive albeit with tighter regulations and more taxing. The results of this recent poll that 67% are in favor of increased taxes says that they are also in agreement not to kill the golden goose. But we should remember that media hype like this will continue and the the "State" will try to influence public opinion against video poker.
