Interesting point, and perhaps it is time, although I would not want to do anything to jeopardize any real progress the company might be making. Some may call that laughable. Dan himself suggested three things would happen in four months. In eight or nine months, one of them happened, but as you said, delivered a result that fell far short of the target. And now his lawsuit makes clear he is hopelessly compromised and cannot be trusted to act in our best interest. Where are these directors? What is the status of the spinout? Where is RPA? If I saw more real progress, I would be content we are moving in the right direction. But you are right there is no transparency it is way too quiet almost zero evidence of real progress. Not sure what you have in mind, what is involved, etc. but I might consider such a group to protect our collective shareholder interest, if it has a chance of being meaningful in some way. BTW, FWIW, I think it is Byrnes.

I think a Shareholders group is a great idea at this time. I would support it in order to try find out truthfully what is going on here.

Part of me thinks that Dan doesn’t have the capacity to pull off such a con purposefully. I am more apt to go with him just being incompetent, inexperienced and just stumbling around at what he is trying to do. Couple that with Scott’s poor decision of hiring him at such a critical point in our development and we have this recipe for disaster that has set us back. Again, is this just contagious and perpetual incompetence or is it purposeful action to destroy progress? Let’s start this group and try to find out.
