You think criminals who will shoot you will obey gun insurance laws. That's just stupid.

BTW if someone shoots you, stabs you, or harms you in any way (see definition of tort) they're already liable for damages. You can sue them. It won't do much good in most cases, just like you won't be able to expect a robber to have insurance to cover you when he shoots you.

Re carry laws, they don't authorize every moron to carry. Most states have background checks and other training and educational requirements to keep morons like liberals from being allowed to carry.
