I don't want to live in a society where everyone is carrying concealed firearms You don't, and everyone can't or won't. especially with the low level of regulations that the NRA advocates What specific piece of legislation are they advocating against? You never know if you're gonna get into a road rage incident with a guy who likes to shoot first and ask questions later. Another boogeyman argument that has not come true. I do believe in the right to self-defense, but the responsibilities that come with it are enormous Good and yes, part of any class covers that you could be Zimmerman'd or worse for simply defending yourself.
