Sometimes I wonder if wasteful programming causes a need for better hardware. Indeed! However, I'm sure you'd agree that not all would be wasteful. There are some great ideas out there waiting to exploit these upcoming resources prudently. Yes Indeed! Probabably some of the best ideas have not even been thought of yet. I remember getting the most powerful HP workstation of the time about 3 or 4 yrs ago and wondering how long it would take to start using the true power of it. Today, this workstation is slow and I run my big similations on other machines. The point is it didn't take that long to figure out ways to use all the power of the once fast machine and soon it was slower than what I need/want.
